Essence is an extremely inexpensive brand that I only really started to buy from in the past year or so because of it's tie to Catrice which is a brand I love, but I have been really loving more and more of what Essence has to offer of late!!!

We just had a long weekend here in Ireland thanks to Easter, which I spent up in the beautiful county of Donegal with my boyfriend and his family. Dramatic, Winged Liner, Prom Makeup. (All Drugstore Makeup!!)

I was informed about upcoming Prom season in the US by a few viewers who also requested a Prom look, so this year I will create at least a couple of looks to help inspire people for their big night!

This first one is quite a dramatic yet super pretty look using all drugstore / inexpensive products, makeup & brushes, as I know that high-school students are rarely rolling in dough enough to use the high-end stuff.

Olay Regenerist 10 Minute Miracle, formally known as Olay Wrinkle Relaxing Complex, is definitely an underrated gem among the sea of cosmetic skincare... Which is exactly why they changed the name! Calling it the Wrinkle Relaxing Complex limited it's potential to reach a wider consumer demographic, a 10 Minute Miracle is something though that sounds much more intriguing to me anyhow.

Lana Del Rey Obsession Makeup Tutorial

While googling copper/red hair colour recently I came across loads of pictures of the lovely Lizzy Grant, AKA Lana Del Rey, who usually sports gorgeous fiery red locks. One picture that popped up though had her in darker hair and on the cover of Obsession Magazine, a French publication.

The makeup she is wearing in the picture is absolutely gorgeous and I was determined to recreate it... and I did :)

Crayon Lipstick!? How to make it & Is it safe???

I only just recently came across a video on 'How to make lipstick out of crayons' which led me onto other videos on the same subject and all of a sudden they are everywhere! ha ha. On Pinterest, Tumblr, Youtube. Where ever I've been hiding the past few months... I don't know how I hadn't noticed this earlier!

Anyhow, I decided that I wanted to give it a go, mostly just because it looks like fun and I love being crafty :)
