Now that Halloween is well & truly done til next year, it's time to focus on my second favourite holiday of the year! I'll not mention the 'C' word quite yet as it can have such a strange angering effect on people when uttered before December hits, so this tutorial is the first of my Seasonal Party Makeup looks ^_^
