Anyhu, This is a makeup tutorial featuring the new(ish) Zoeva EyeShadow Palette and mostly affordable makeup products (under €10).

The beautiful Cocoa Blend palette is available from Zoeva's main site as well as love-makeup.co.uk  and is easily one of my favourite palettes from this year so far!
