The first bullet hole is what I did for halloween on myself & my sister a couple of years ago mainly because I was working & just didn't have the time to do anything more elaborate!
These kind of 'special effects' makeups are generally simple enough to do yet still quite effective!
Definitely practice a few times before the day though. I had almost forgotten how I did this back in 2010 and I don't think it came out quite as good as then but it will still give give ye the general idea how it's done.

Method 1; (above)
Ben Nye Nose & Scar Wax
(Use water, moisturiser or Baby wipes to keep the wax from sticking to your fingers)
Inglot Black Gel Liner
RCMA Shading 1 Contour Cream
Max Factor Cream Blush (Red colour)
Dark Purple/Mauve matte eyeshadow
Fake Gel Blood
Method 2; (Below)
Dr. Oetker Gelatine
Glycerine
Water
(Mix equal parts for mixture)
Toilet paper/tissue paper
Goodall's Red & Blue food dye (to color your home made gel blood)
Translucent face powder
Foundation
RCMA Shading 1 Contour Cream
Max Factor Cream Blush (Red colour)
Dark Purple/Mauve matte eyeshadow
Inglot EyeShadow Matte Black
Inglot Black Gel Liner
