Bourjois are getting Smart-er (:P)..... and have just released their first "Smart Blush" which is a cream to powder blush containing pigments that react to the pH levels of your skin, creating a 'bespoke' and unique blush colour on your cheeks. The technology isn't new, Barry M have had their pH-reactive 'green' lipstick that's actually a berry shade on the lips for years, but it is pretty cool non the less!
Bourjois' offering is a light pastel pink blush in the pot but once swatched and applied to the skin, it deepens in colour depending on your own skin's unique pH level.

Bourjois 'Blush Exclusif' (C/o ) |
It does come with a 'warning' about the colour change that can occur in the pot after you plop your finger in the formula as it's also pH-reactive in the pot.
It is described as a 'made-to-measure' blush and is super soft to the touch, it blends beautifully on the skin and can be worn sheer or built up to a more noticeable blush.
The packaging is in the usual Bourjois 'little round pot' which is perfect for the handbag and contains a handy mirror in the lid.

The blush in my own unique shade. |
It really is a cream to powder blush, I had to poke my finger in when I received it to check the finish as it kind of looked like fine powder in the pot but melted under my finder as a cream would upon inspection!
Bourjois have also released a matching pH-reactive lipgloss "Rose Exclusif Lipgloss" which also offers a unique shade of gloss to match your own lips.
