High Definition Powder

The high definition loose powder creates a "soft focus" effect to the skin. Masks fine lines and imperfections for a radiant complexion. The incredibly soft and invisible powder is great for on-screen and everyday wear.

Directions

The microfine particles are designed to be used with high-definition camera technology or for everyday wear. Apply powder all over the face for a professional and youthful look of perfection.

Net weight: 0.28oz (8g)

Ingredients;

Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Silica

PROS:
*Very good at controlling shine & oil absorption
*Diffuses the appearance of fine lines
*Only $6.00
*Comparable to higher end brands counterparts such as MakeupForever's offering of the same powder
*Suitable for all skin tones (When applied sparingly)
*Little goes a long way
*A lot of product in pot

CONS:
*Too much applied to the skin can appear ashy
*May be too drying for drier skin types
*The powder is so fine it goes everywhere if not careful, easily inhaled
*Too much applied to the face can cause flash back in flash photography

  1. I really want to try this but it's not available yet on the .co.uk site which sucks!

I have dryish skin but I use the studio sculpt foundation. Do you think it would still be drying on my face with the creaminess of the sculpt?

    Thanks for the review!

  5. Have always wanted to try this especially with help diffusing fine lines .... I've got those a comin!! haha Can't wait to order it after your review Siobhan....thanks! Fingers crossed it will work for me as I don't have oily skin or overly dry skin, we'll see what happens and sure if it doesn't work on me at that price for this kind of powder compared to the high end brands I'll not be too disappointed! Only thing is as mentioned above its not for sale just yet on the co.uk site, says its "Coming Soon" so guess I'll have to wait a wee while longer! :)
